本案件は、大手製造業のお客様向けのグローバルセキュリティプロジェクトです。弊社にて幅広いセキュリティ施策の企画・導入・展開をご支援しております。 主な業務内容 : 本ポジションは、様々なセキュリティ施策を推進されているお客様にサイバーセキュリティのPMOとして施策推進をご支援します。 将来的には、他のお客様向けの様々なプロジェクトにおいて、引き続きPMOやコンサルタントとして携わっていただく事を想定していますが、ご希望やご経験・スキルにも応じてプロジェクトマネージャやエンジニア、アーキテクトなどのロールをご選択いただく事も可能です。 Requirements リーダーシップ： 顧客の課題解決に向けて自らビジョン・ゴールを定め共有し、顧客・社内の関連ステークホルダーをナビゲートできる 専門性： 不問。様々な領域に関する興味、スキル（独学可）を持つことでデリバリー品質を担保することができる。ITインフラ、ネットワーク設計・管理、カスタマーサポート、ITに関する何等かのデリバリー経験。内部監査業務対応・JGAAP, USGAAP, リスク管理などの内部監査に関する何らかの経験があると尚可。 コミュニケーション力： 顧客・社内の関連ステークホルダーとの良好な関係づくりと適切なコミュニケーション（書面・口頭)ができる ダイバーシティ： インクルーシブなマインドセットを持ち、言語・文化・専門性が異なるプロフェッショナルと協働できる 歓迎条件 : 全職種、社内トレーニングやコーチングを活用してスキルアップできますので、入社時に完全なスキルセットは求めません。各種セキュリティ資格保持者(CISSP, CISM, SANS等)は歓迎します。 インダストリーについては基本不問。製造、ハイテク、金融業界の経験者であれば尚可。
