グローバル規模で推進されるIT運用標準化・統合プログラムにおいて、日本リージョンを代表するプロジェクトマネージャーとして参画いただきます。顧客側マネージャーやグローバルチームと連携しながら、プロジェクト管理、ステークホルダー調整、運用統合推進を担い、ITサービス変革の成功をリードしていただくポジションです。 【主な業務内容】 顧客側プロジェクトメンバーと連携したプロジェクト管理業務全般 スケジュール管理、進捗管理、課題管理、リスク管理の推進 顧客向けの管理資料・検討資料の作成およびレビュー支援 会議の調整、ファシリテーション、議事運営 ステークホルダーとの調整および課題解決推進 地域特有の要件やポリシーへの準拠管理 統合要件・移管要件の整理および運用統合推進 グローバルのベストプラクティスやナレッジの収集・活用 顧客担当者への報告、プレゼンテーション、エスカレーション対応 Requirements 【応募条件】 ITプロジェクトマネージャーとして6年以上のプロジェクト推進経験 顧客および自社チームをリードしたプロジェクト管理経験（進捗管理、課題管理、リスク管理、ステークホルダー管理） 日本語ネイティブレベルおよび英語ビジネスレベルでの顧客・グローバルチームとのコミュニケーション経験 IT運用またはITサービスマネジメント領域に関する知識、および論理的思考力・問題解決能力 【尚可条件】 ITSM導入プロジェクトの経験 ServiceNowに関する知識または導入経験 SIAM（Service Integration and Management）の経験 ITインフラ運用・保守またはプラットフォーム構築経験 グローバルプロジェクトまたはオフショア協業経験 顧客への改善提案や業務改革提案を主導した経験
