総合商社の事業投資管理システムを対象としたクラウド移行・システム更改プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャーとして全体をリードいただくポジションです。EOS対応を契機としたOS・DB・ミドルウェアのバージョンアップからクラウド移行までを統括し、顧客の重要システム刷新を推進していただきます。 【主な業務内容】 事業投資管理システム更改プロジェクト全体の計画策定および推進 クラウド移行、OS・DB・ミドルウェア更改に関するプロジェクト管理 要件定義、設計・構築、テスト、本番移行、旧環境廃止までの全工程管理 顧客、社内関係者、開発チーム、製品ベンダーとの調整および意思決定支援 WBS策定、進捗管理、課題管理、リスク管理、品質管理、コスト管理 intra-mart、SAS、SQL Server、Windows Server、Java等の技術領域に関する関係者調整 製品ライセンスや技術的制約を踏まえた方針策定および推進 顧客向け提案資料、報告資料の作成および説明 プロジェクト推進における課題解決およびエスカレーション対応 Requirements 【応募条件】 システム開発またはインフラ構築プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験 顧客、社内関係者、ベンダーとの調整・折衝経験 プロジェクト計画、進捗、課題、リスク、品質、コスト管理の実務経験 日本語:ネイティブレベル（複雑なニュアンスや言い回しを正確に理解し、自然かつ正確に使用できる）、英語：不問 【尚可条件】 EOS対応、システムバージョンアップ、クラウド移行プロジェクトの経験 OS、データベース、ミドルウェアを含むシステム更改プロジェクトの推進経験 複数ベンダー・複数チームが参画するプロジェクトの管理経験 SQL Server、Windows Server、Java、intra-mart、SASに関する知識または経験 クラウド環境でのシステム構築・移行経験 認証技術、ライセンス管理、インフラコスト管理に関する知識
