React Nativeを活用したモバイルアプリケーション開発のテクニカルリードとして、技術選定から設計・開発・品質管理までをリードし、日本・海外のグローバルチームと連携しながらプロジェクト成功を推進していただくポジションです。 【主な業務内容】 React Nativeを活用したエンタープライズ向けモバイルアプリケーションの設計・開発・デリバリー プロジェクトに最適な技術・ツールの評価および選定 UI/UX要件およびビジネス要件に基づくアーキテクチャ設計 オフショア開発チームおよびオンサイト技術チームとの開発推進 Webアプリケーションチーム、サービス開発チーム、PM、アーキテクトとの連携 アプリケーション品質基準の策定および品質管理 コードレビューおよび技術レビューの実施 QAチームから報告される不具合の分析・修正対応 UATフェーズの支援および本番リリース対応 モバイルアプリケーションの性能改善および技術課題解決 Requirements 【応募条件】 React Nativeを用いたモバイルアプリケーション開発経験5年以上 JavaScript（ES6+）およびTypeScriptによる開発経験 モバイルアプリケーションの設計・アーキテクチャ・パフォーマンス最適化の実務経験 日本語・英語によるコミュニケーションが可能な方（日本語N2以上） 【尚可条件】 iOSおよびAndroidネイティブ開発に関する知識 Redux、Context API、Zustandなど状態管理ライブラリの利用経験 AWS、Azure、GCPまたはFirebaseを活用した開発経験 CI/CD構築経験（GitHub Actions、Jenkins、Azure DevOps等） Automated Testing（Detox、Appium、Maestro等）の経験 モバイルアプリケーションセキュリティに関する知識 React.js、Next.jsなどWebフロントエンド技術の経験 航空業界または旅行業界向けシステム開発経験
