グローバル環境において、エンタープライズアプリケーションの運用保守およびサポート業務を担当いただくポジションです。お客様、日本側チーム、オフショアチームとの連携を通じて、L1〜L3レベルのサポート、インシデント管理、運用改善を推進いただきます。 【主な業務内容】 アラート監視、イベント監視、インシデント管理および障害対応 定常業務・アドホック業務の実施、進捗管理およびレポーティング ログ収集、分析および各種レポート作成 SOP、Runbook、運用手順書などのドキュメント作成・更新 セキュリティ基準、監査要件、災害復旧およびリカバリー手順の遵守 アプリケーション移管（Transition）および安定化フェーズの支援 インフラ、IT部門、ビジネス部門との連携によるシステム安定運用の実現 運用改善、パフォーマンス最適化などの継続的改善活動への参画 コード分析を通じた障害調査およびプロダクション課題の解決支援 技術文書作成、ナレッジ共有およびレビュー活動 Requirements 【応募条件】 4年以上のJavaアプリケーション開発経験 アプリケーション保守運用（AMS）およびプロダクションサポート経験 インシデント管理、変更管理、問題管理プロセスの実務経験 日本語での業務遂行能力および英語でのコミュニケーション能力 【尚可条件】 5年以上のIT業界経験 L1/L2/L3サポートおよびアプリケーション運用保守経験 コード分析による障害解析およびトラブルシューティング経験 オンサイト・オフショア体制でのプロジェクト参画経験 SDLCおよびアジャイル開発手法に関する知識 アプリケーション移管（Transition）や運用安定化フェーズへの参画経験
