グローバル保険業界のお客様を対象に、国内外で分かれているMicrosoft 365テナントの統合プロジェクトを推進いただくポジションです。Microsoft 365およびEntra ID領域のテクニカルリードとして、設計から移行、本番展開までを主導し、クライアントおよびグローバルチームと連携しながら大規模な環境統合の成功に貢献いただきます。 【主な業務内容】 Microsoft 365テナント統合に向けた基本設計・詳細設計の実施 国内・海外テナント構成の調査および移行計画策定 検証環境での事前検証、テスト計画策定および実施 ドキュメントレビューおよび品質管理の推進 導入作業、本番移行、運用引継ぎのリード グローバルチームや顧客ステークホルダーとの技術調整および課題管理 PowerShellを活用した運用・移行作業の自動化支援 ユーザーテスト支援および移行後の安定稼働支援 Requirements 【応募条件】 Microsoft 365の設計・導入経験（要件定義、設計、実装、テスト、本番展開、運用） Entra ID（Azure AD）の設計・導入経験およびExchange Online、SharePoint、Power Automateに関する知識 Microsoft 365テナント移行プロジェクトの経験およびPowerShellによる運用・自動化経験 英語を用いたグローバルチーム・顧客とのコミュニケーション経験 【尚可条件】 AvePoint FLYなどの移行ツールを利用したMicrosoft 365テナント移行経験 Microsoftベストプラクティスに基づく設計・導入経験 プロジェクトマネジメント経験（スケジュール管理、コスト管理、チーム管理など） アーキテクチャ設計書、設計仕様書、運用マニュアル等の作成経験 ハイブリッドプロジェクト（オンサイト／オフショア）での業務経験 顧客課題を分析し、追加提案や新規機会創出につなげた経験 【言語条件】 日本語：流暢（専門的な会議での発言・交渉・資料作成を行えるが、ネイティブのニュアンスで理解できないことがある） 英語：ビジネス上級（社内外の会議に参加し、発言・質疑応答ができる。部分的に翻訳ツールを使いながらメールや資料作成を行える）
