Overview: Lead high-impact transformation initiatives from concept to delivery. You will drive execution across complex, cross-functional teams—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes. What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, plan, milestones, and governance Drive execution, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers Lead RAID management (risks, issues, dependencies, decisions) Establish Agile or hybrid delivery cadence and release planning Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams Ensure strong governance, controls, and regulatory compliance Oversee testing, go-live readiness, and post-launch support Track performance, KPIs, and benefits realisation Requirements What We’re Looking For: 5–15 years’ experience delivering large-scale transformation in financial services Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programmes Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills Solid understanding of governance and risk frameworks Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus Additional Information: Based in Hong Kong (onsite at client office) Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred Working within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment
