基幹システムのITインフラ運用・保守を管理する、経験豊富なプロジェクトマネージャー（SAP BASIS/MW/DB/Cloud/OS領域）を募集します。本職務では、顧客との調整、プロジェクトおよびチームの管理、品質・予算管理、運用サービスの設計に加え、自動化・シェアードサービス・オフショア活用・ITIL準拠のプロセス導入を通じた継続的な業務改善を担っていただきます。 主な業務内容： 基幹システムのインフラ層における運用・保守。 顧客対応、品質管理、人員管理、予算管理を含むプロジェクトマネジメント。 運用設計、受入（Acceptance）、および本番運用サービスの提案と導入・実施。 シェアードサービス、オフショア活用、自動化の推進を含む業務改善。 インシデント管理、変更管理、問題管理など、ITILに準拠した運用サービスの提供。 ミドルウェア（MW）の保守・運用業務を幅広く担当するため、より広範な知識を習得し、MW分野でのスキルをさらに高めることが可能です。 インフラ運用・保守技術およびグローバル標準化されたプロセスに関して、30年以上にわたり蓄積された知見を活かして業務に取り組むことができます。 Requirements 求める要件： クラウド環境におけるサーバーの運用・保守経験。 OS（特にLinux）の運用・保守経験。 SAP BASISやOracle DBを含む、ミドルウェア製品の運用・保守経験。 ITILに準拠した運用サービスに関する理解。 語学要件： 日本語：高度なビジネスレベル（顧客や社内関係者との会議、プレゼンテーション、交渉を自律的に遂行できること）。 英語：基礎的なビジネスレベル（翻訳ツール等を活用しつつ、基本的な業務上のやり取りや簡単な対話ができること）。 歓迎要件： 運用プロジェクトチームの管理経験。 AnsibleやTerraformなどを活用した業務プロセスの自動化経験。 SAPやその他のミドルウェア製品の導入経験。 ジョブ管理ツール、監視ツール、データ転送ツールなどの運用支援ツールの使用経験。
