Overview Lead high-impact transformation initiatives from concept to delivery. You will drive execution across complex, cross-functional teams—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, plan, milestones, and governance Drive execution, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers Lead RAID management (risks, issues, dependencies, decisions) Establish Agile or hybrid delivery cadence and release planning Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams Requirements What We’re Looking For 10–15 years’ experience delivering large-scale transformation in financial services M&A experience : either post merger integration, PMO of acquisitions of business developments such as setting up business entities, desks or banking businesses Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programmes Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills Solid understanding of governance and risk frameworks Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus Additional Information Based in Hong Kong (onsite at client office) Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred We are looking for people from Consulting background with Business Transformation experience and NOT IT a Project Manager Benefits Annual leave - 12 days/year Sick leave 24 days /year Mandatory MPF Medical Insurance (China Taiping) Employee Compensation Insurance
