Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der technischen Beratung und Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten GenAI-, Chatbot- und Voicebot-Lösungen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Integration in bestehende Systeme. Darüber hinaus schulst du Anwender, betreust kritische Phasen wie Hypercare und bringst deine technische Expertise aktiv in komplexe Kundenprojekte ein.

The work you‘ll do

  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden analysierst du ihre Anforderungen und entwickelst passende KI-basierte Chatbot- und Voicebot-Lösungen
  • Bei der technischen Umsetzung verhelfen dir deine hervorragenden Python-Programmierkenntnisse – idealerweise ergänzt durch JavaScript – sowie deine Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklungsprozessen (z. B. Agile, Scrum)
  • Du nutzt Prompt Engineering, um unsere Lösungen intelligenter und effizienter zu machen
  • Die maßgeschneiderten Anwendungen integrierst du in bestehende Systemlandschaften der Kunden – z. B. CRM-, ERP- oder Contact-Center-Systeme – und nutzt dafür APIs (z. B. Integration externer Anbieter)
  • Du führst Workshops und Schulungen durch und begleitest Projekte vom Konzept bis zum Go-Live, sowie Unterstützung beim Troubleshooting komplexer Supportfälle
  • Als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für deine Kundenprojekte arbeitest du eng mit internen und länderübergreifenden Teams zusammen, dokumentierst deine Arbeit sauber und berätst deine Kunden bei komplexen Fragestellungen

The qualifications you need

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt in Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) / Artificial Intelligence (AI). Alternativ verfügst du über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder entsprechende Erfahrung
  • Du programmierst sicher in Python, idealerweise auch in JavaScript, und bringst ein solides Verständnis moderner KI-Themen (LLMs, function calling, RAG, Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text) mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenbetreuung und bringst eine ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz mit
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in modernen Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und -tools, einschließlich Git, Debugging, Testing und Dokumentation
  • Du nutzt Prompt Engineering, um die Effizienz und Genauigkeit der KI-gestützten Anwendungen zu verbessern
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analysierst Kundenanforderungen lösungsorientiert und berätst deine Kunden partnerschaftlich auf Augenhöhe
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch (C1 oder muttersprachliches Niveau) und Englisch
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Telekommunikation (z. B. PBX, Contact-Center-Systeme, UCaaS, SIP, VoIP, NGN) sind von Vorteil
