Als Junior Procurement Manager (all genders) sorgst Du gemeinsam mit dem Procurement Team für reibungslose und effiziente Beschaffungsprozesse bei NFON. Du übernimmst früh Verantwortung für operative Einkaufsthemen, arbeitest eng mit unseren Lieferanten und internen Teams zusammen und bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse ein. Dabei erhältst Du Einblicke in den strategischen Einkauf und kannst Deine Procurement-Expertise Schritt für Schritt ausbauen.

Woran du mitwirken wirst

  • Du steuerst die operative Beschaffung von Handelswaren und Dienstleistungen – von der Anfrage bis zur Bestellung.
  • Du vergleichst und analysierst Angebote, wählst passende Lieferanten aus und wickelst Bestellungen in SAP Business One ab.
  • Du behältst Auftragsbestätigungen und Liefertermine im Blick und sorgst für einen zuverlässigen Bestellprozess.
  • Du pflegst Lieferantendaten und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unseres Lieferantenmanagements.
  • Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu unseren Lieferanten auf und führst Preisverhandlungen.
  • Du bringst Dich in Projekte zur Optimierung und Automatisierung unserer Procurement-Prozesse ein.
  • Du unterstützt den strategischen Einkauf bei Vertragsverhandlungen und -abschlüssen.

Die Qualifikationen, die Du brauchst

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung im Einkauf sammeln.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig und übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Themen.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen zusammen.
  • Du bringst Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und daran mit, bestehende Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit SAP Business One oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-/Procurement-System
  • Du kannst Dich auf Deutsch und Englisch sicher im beruflichen Umfeld verständigen.
