Ihre Aufgaben

Als Organisationstalent mit hoher Eigenverantwortung sorgst du dafür, dass Projekte und interne Abläufe effizient und strukturiert umgesetzt werden. Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsleitung, Business Units, Kunden, Dienstleistern und internen Fachbereichen und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation mit.

  • Organisation von Meetings
  • Planung und Betreuung von Messen, Events und Unternehmensveranstaltungen
  • Unterstützung und Koordination von drei Business Units
  • Termin-, Ressourcen-, Budget- und Projektmanagement
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Organisationsstrukturen
  • Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten und Einführung neuer Tools
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reports und Management-Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung im Tagesgeschäft und bei Sonderprojekten
  • Verantwortung für Datenschutz und Compliance-Themen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenz-, Organisations- oder Projektmanagementfunktion
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Hands-on-Mentalität
