Wir suchen für ein familiengeführtes Industrieunternehmen in Steinhaus bei Wels eine Assistenz, die der Geschäftsführung im Alltag den Rücken freihält und eigene Themen übernimmt.

Sie sehen, was zu tun ist, bringen Ordnung in offene Themen und bleiben dran, bis sie erledigt sind? Vielleicht arbeiten Sie bereits in einer Assistenz oder koordinieren heute Projekte, Einkauf oder kaufmännische Abläufe und möchten künftig näher an der Geschäftsführung arbeiten. Entscheidend ist, welche Aufgaben Sie bereits eigenständig übernommen haben. 1 Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung (m/w/d) Wels - Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Die Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft entlasten und Termine, Korrespondenz und Besprechungen organisieren

* Zahlen, Angebote und Informationen als Grundlage für Entscheidungen aufbereiten

* Projekte und offene Maßnahmen koordinieren, Rückmeldungen einholen und Fristen im Blick behalten

* Beschaffungen, Vertragsunterlagen und Lieferantengespräche vorbereiten

* Förderprojekte, Qualitätssicherung und Audits organisatorisch unterstützen und sich mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern abstimmen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Assistenz, Projektkoordination oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion

* Sie setzen Prioritäten, arbeiten sich in neue Themen ein und verfolgen offene Aufgaben verlässlich nach

* Sie kommunizieren klar, schreiben sicher auf Deutsch und gehen diskret mit vertraulichen Informationen um

* Sie arbeiten routiniert mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

* Erfahrung mit Einkauf, Verträgen, Förderungen oder ISO-Audits ist von Vorteil. Sie müssen nicht alle Bereiche abdecken.

Wir bieten

Der für diese Position vorgesehene Brutto-Mindestverdienst beträgt EUR 4000,00 pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
