Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung auf höchstem Niveau gehört für Dich zum Standard! Die Belange unserer Kunden und eine nachhaltige Zusammenarbeit stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt.
  • Keine Kaltakquise & selten Geschäftsreisen: Du kümmerst Dich hauptsächlich um Deine Bestandskunden, prüfst Verbesserungspotenziale und berätst sie – manchmal auch bei Service Review Meetings vor Ort!
  • Das Vertrags- und Angebotsmanagement im Bereich Cross- und Upselling ist Deine tägliche Aufgabe. Du erstellst individuelle Angebote und begleitest Deine Kunden von der Anfrage bis zum Abschluss.
  • Dokumentation & CRM-Pflege: Du pflegst alle Kundenkontakte sorgfältig im CRM-System und sorgst für eine lückenlose Dokumentation.
  • Interdisziplinäre Teams: unsere RAINBOW TEAMS vereinen Experten und Spezialisten sowohl aus den technischen als auch aus den kaufmännischen Bereichen, die sich ergänzen und gegenseitige Synergieeffekte nutzen. So möchten wir den bestmöglichen Kundenservice liefern. Du bildest dabei die kaufmännisch-organisatorische Perfektive ab.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im IT- oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit.
  • Du verbindest kundenorientiertes und analytisches Denken und Handeln mit einer systematischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise und einem betriebswirtschaftlichem Grundverständnis.
  • Für Dich steht Business Relationship Management an erster Stelle.
  • Du trittst professionell, vertrauenswürdig und empathisch auf und kannst auch in schwierigen Situationen durch deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit punkten.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Berufserfahrung als Kundenberater:in im Umfeld der technischen Dienstleistungen oder von IT-Infrastrukturen gesammelt.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
