Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden moderne Netzwerk- und Monitoring-Architekturen und setzt diese anschließend um – von klassischen Monitoring-Setups bis hin zu Observability-Plattformen.
  • Du begleitest Kunden in der frühen Projektphase (Discovery/Workshops) und erarbeitest technische Lösungskonzepte, Demos und Proof-of-Concepts.
  • In Kundenterminen stellst du unsere Konzepte vor und zeigst, wie wir mit Network Observability, Automatisierung und intelligenter Analyse echten Mehrwert liefern.
  • Du integrierst relevante Datenquellen und Protokolle (z. B. Telemetry, SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog) und machst Performance, Anomalien und Engpässe transparent.
  • Du bringst OT/IoT Security als zweiten Schwerpunkt ein: Asset Visibility, Risiko-/Vulnerability-Transparenz und – wo sinnvoll – Segmentierungsansätze in OT-/IoT-nahen Umgebungen.
  • Du arbeitest hands-on mit Tools/Plattformen wie Kentik, NetBrain und LogicMonitor sowie im OT/IoT-Kontext mit Armis, Sematicon und Akamai Guardicore und integrierst diese passgenau in Kundenumgebungen.
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben in IT-Projekten, koordinierst technische Schritte und sorgst für eine strukturierte Umsetzung bis zum Go-Live.
  • Außerdem unterstützt du Kund:innen bei Fragen, führst Einweisungen durch und begleitest den Support rund um unsere Lösungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Netzwerktechnologien, LAN/WAN-Architekturen und TCP/IP sind dir vertraut, und du hast Spaß daran, dich in komplexe Infrastrukturthemen einzuarbeiten.
  • Begriffe wie Observability, Telemetry, SNMP, NetFlow oder Syslog sind dir bekannt – oder du bist motiviert, dein Wissen hier weiter auszubauen.
  • Du hast erste Berührungspunkte mit Monitoring-/Observability- oder Automatisierungsplattformen (z. B. Kentik, NetBrain, LogicMonitor oder vergleichbar) oder möchtest dich in diese Themen einarbeiten.
  • Idealerweise kennst du OT/IoT-Security-Themen (z. B. Asset Visibility, Risiko-/Vulnerability-Transparenz, Segmentierung) – oder hast Lust, dich genau dort zu vertiefen.
  • Erfahrung mit Linux-Systemen und/oder Scripting (z. B. Python, Bash/Shell) ist ein Plus.
  • Du trittst serviceorientiert auf, kommunizierst klar und arbeitest gerne gemeinsam mit Kunden an nachhaltigen technischen Lösungen.
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität gehören zu deinen Stärken.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft runden dein Profil ab. Alternativen im Toolstack: Nagios, CheckMK, PRTG, Icinga, SolarWinds.
