Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bearbeitest, analysierst und behebst Incidents im Cisco Campus LAN/WLAN im laufenden Betrieb.
  • Du planst, bereitest vor und setzt Changes im Bereich Cisco LAN und Enterprise WLAN eigenständig um.
  • Du unterstützt Betrieb und Administration der Netzwerkumgebung und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale.
  • Du stimmst Dich eng mit Auftraggeber und Kunde ab.
  • Du dokumentierst Changes und technische Maßnahmen sorgfältig im eingesetzten Ticketsystem.

Dein Profil

  • Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse im Cisco Enterprise Networking, mindestens auf CCNP-Level – eine Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil, entscheidend ist Dein praktisches Know-how
  • Du kennst Dich sehr gut mit Cisco Catalyst Switching, Enterprise WLAN und Wireless LAN Controllern (WLC) aus, idealerweise auch mit Cisco ISE/NAC
  • Erfahrung im Troubleshooting komplexer Enterprise-Campus-Netzwerke sowie im operativen Incident- und Change-Management
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität und guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Kundenkontakt
  • Erfahrung mit ServiceNow ist von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
