Animateur Réseau Distribution – Hygiène Institutionnelle Secteur : Grand Ouest & Paris / Île-de-France

Dans le cadre du développement de l’activité Institution en 2027, nous souhaitons renforcer l’équipe avec un profil terrain, commercial et animateur de réseau.

Missions principales

  • Animer et développer le réseau de distributeurs Hygiène sur le Grand Ouest et Paris.
  • Accompagner les partenaires sur le terrain : rendez-vous clients, démonstrations, journées commerciales et opérations de prospection.
  • Développer le chiffre d’affaires et la présence des gammes auprès des distributeurs.
  • Former les équipes commerciales des partenaires aux produits, argumentaires et marchés de l’hygiène professionnelle.
  • Identifier et accompagner les opportunités sur les marchés collectivités, santé, éducation, administrations et établissements publics.
  • Développer les synergies entre les gammes.
  • Assurer un suivi régulier de l’activité, des opportunités et des plans d’action avec les distributeurs.
  • Être le relais terrain de la stratégie Institution & Hygiène sur son secteur.

Profil idéal

Nous recherchons avant tout un commercial développeur de réseau, proche du terrain :

  • expérience dans l’hygiène professionnelle, la distribution BtoB ;
  • bonne connaissance des distributeurs et idéalement du marché institutionnel ;
  • capacité à animer, convaincre et fédérer un réseau sans lien hiérarchique ;
  • aisance en démonstration et formation produits ;
  • tempérament de développeur / chasseur ;
  • autonomie dans l’organisation d'un secteur géographique important ;
  • goût prononcé pour le terrain et déplacements réguliers.
