HUB Office Manager | 2-Year Maternity Cover

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on and people-oriented HUB Office Manager to join our team on a 2-year maternity cover.

Based in our beautiful, modern office at BudaPart GATE, next to Kopaszi-gát, you will be at the center of office life, making sure everything runs smoothly across Nilfisk HUB while creating a welcoming, engaging and well-connected workplace for our approximately 220 colleagues. You will report to the Site Lead.

This is a fully office-based role, 5 days a week, ideal for someone who enjoys being around people, solving everyday challenges and making things happen.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and create a welcoming employee experience.
  • Be the go-to person for employees, supporting colleagues with day-to-day questions, workplace matters and ad-hoc requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, Facilities and IT on office-related matters.
  • Manage office and kitchen supplies, equipment and company pool cars.
  • Organize internal events, team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Keep employees informed through internal communications, including updates, reminders, announcements and information about company benefits.
  • Welcome visitors and coordinate guest access, meeting logistics.
  • Support Health & Safety activities and help maintain a safe and well-functioning workplace.
  • Work closely with the Site Lead and our HUB Management Team on local initiatives and activities.

What we’re looking for

You are approachable, organized and proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude. You enjoy working with people, take ownership and are comfortable juggling different priorities.

Most importantly, you enjoy being at the heart of things and creating an environment where people feel welcome, connected and supported.

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
