1. 产品全生命周期节点管控：统筹产品从预研、立项、招标、研发、GTM到量产的全流程管理，主导需求梳理与立项决策（明确QCD及预算），监督供应商定点APQP关键节点（DR/DV/PV）交付，协同上市计划并保障渠道交付率，推动PPAP批准及量产初期问题闭环； 2. 多方评审组织与推动：建立并执行阶段门径（Gate Review）机制，明确各阶段准入/准出标准，组织跨职能及需求评审，输出并跟踪行动项，确保评审问题100%闭环，未达标项严谨转段； 3. 项目风险与资源统筹：建立风险登记册并制定应对策略，定期评估与预警高风险项，统筹内外部资源，确保供应商开发与内部项目节奏同频，定期输出项目健康报告，组织管理层决策评审会，推动高层快速解决关键问题。

1. 大学本科及以上学历，工程管理、车辆工程、机械类及工程类专业优先； 2. 热爱汽（电）车和汽车精品附件行业，关注用车场景，掌握项目管理方法论（PMP/PRINCE2优先）； 3. 了解整车开发流程（IPD/APQP），了解MEA、PPAP、SPC等质量工具； 4. 具备良好的团队合作精神，工作积极主动，执行力强，抗压能力与多线程任务管理能力。
