1. 协助支持项目运营的工作，包括不限于：面试官运营、校园大使、候选人体验提升运营等，参与项目策划、资源协调、宣传推广、执行落地等一系列流程； 2. 对接业务校园招聘需求，定向设置校招短期项目，支持业务校园招聘的任务达成； 3. 协助开展相关人才项目，建立人才标准，帮助组织识别并找到更合适的人才； 4. 协助完成校园招聘数据统计和分析，提升招聘效率； 5. 其他各项校园招聘/雇主品牌项目工作的参与和支持；

1. 2028届及以后毕业，硕士及以上学历在读；人力资源、工商管理、社会学、心理学等相关背景优先 2. 一周可实习4天（工作日），能连续实习3个月以上优先； 3. 主观能动性强，工作认真负责，踏实细心，积极主动，热爱思考，能有不断优化的心态； 4. 有一定数据分析的基础，熟练使用Excel数据分析，有SPSS/python经验优先；
