围绕智能辅助驾驶场景，负责多模态大模型（包括但不限于视觉语言大模型等）的算法迭代和应用落地，工作职责包括但不限于：车端多模态大模型训练与评测迭代、云端多模态大模型优化与语料自动化生产、语料质量分析与提升等； 探索大模型的技术前沿与能力边界，创新性拓展智能辅助驾驶能力，推进大模型在智能辅助驾驶领域的落地应用。 负责VLA模型与算法的研发与优化，包括数据处理、模型设计、训练与部署，提升模型在多种驾驶场景下的性能与稳定性。

本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、人工智能、计算机视觉等相关专业背景。 熟练掌握 Python 编程和Pyorch框架。理解并掌握多模态大语言模型（VLM）/大语言模型（LLM）的基本原理，有相关研究或应用经验。 有智能辅助驾驶或机器人相关经验者优先。
