岗位职责 1. 架构设计与核心研发：主导车云产品的架构设计与核心服务研发；负责将业务需求抽象为技术规格（Spec）与验收标准，端到端把控技术方案落地、核心编码与生产交付。 2. Agent 框架演进：负责 Agent 及其运行框架（Harness）的架构设计与实现，构建健壮的上下文管理（Context Engineering）、工具调用（Tool Use）与工作流编排能力，支撑高效、可复用的安全分析与响应流水线。 3. 垂域模型工程落地：负责垂域场景下专用机器学习模型及轻量化大语言模型（SLM）的选型、训练、微调（Fine-tuning）、评测与线上推理部署。 4. 安全合规与工程质量治理：在系统架构中严格落实最小权限访问控制、数据安全隔离与合规审计机制；建立自动化测试与严谨的 Code Review 机制，保障核心交付质量。 5. 数据闭环与自进化链路建设：主导业务数据管线建设，打通业务场景数据与 Agent 执行反馈链路，持续驱动 Harness 调优与模型迭代，构建“运行-反馈-优化”的数据闭环。

任职要求 1. 基础背景：计算机、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上软件研发经验，具备高可用、高可靠生产级系统的独立架构设计与落地交付经验。 2. 工程与编码能力： - 熟练掌握 Java、Python 等主流编程语言及脚本工具，具备扎实的系统设计与代码实现功底。 - 具备现代 AI 辅助研发（AI-native Coding）深度实践经验，能熟练运用主流代码 Agent / 编程辅助工具拆解需求、组织任务，并具备通过自动化测试与代码审查把控生成代码质量的能力。 3. AI / 模型生产落地经验：在 Agent/LLM 应用架构落地 或 垂直场景模型研发 至少一个方向具备成熟的生产落地经验，曾主导关键技术模块的权衡设计（Trade-offs）与上线交付，能清晰复盘技术收益。 4. 模型微调与数据工程：具备垂域大模型微调、提示词工程（Prompt Engineering）及高质量训练/评估数据集构建的实操经验。 5. 数据存储与架构能力：具备扎实的 OLTP 数据库设计与优化经验，熟练掌握 MySQL、MongoDB 等关系型与 NoSQL 数据库的建模、调优及高并发处理。 加分项 / 优先条件 - 安全领域经验：具备车云安全（VSOC）、车联网安全协议、PKI/CA、证书与密钥管理系统（KMS）、代码/固件签名或自动化安全检测产品研发经验者优先。 - 大数据分析架构：具备 OLAP 架构设计、ETL 离线/实时数据管道开发或大数据分析挖掘经验者优先。 - 安全架构意识：深入理解身份认证鉴权、多租户数据隔离与审计合规机制，具备敏锐的安全风险识别意识，能针对服务与 AI 工作流中的潜在脆弱点制定严密的技术防护方案。
