【体验优化】用户体验作为重点目标，协助输出体验相关的产品/运营/流程等选代方案，持续提高用户体验及满意度。 【业务分析】根据运营目标输出相关数据需求，并通过数据分析发现问题，驱动各个环节的优化;定期进行相关数据指标的分析及呈现，对城市团队提供必要支持。 【项目推进】积极主动地思考和分析，根据不同的运营目标协助设计可行的运营及项目方案，并推进落地，监控闭环。 【产品运营】结合目标，洞察用户及团队痛点，分析和挖掘产品需求，优化现有功能及体验;协助完成相关功能上线前的运营测试及功能宣讲等，跟踪功能上线后的效果及用户反馈持续推荐迭代 【协同沟通】与总部相关部门、城市端以及三方合作方保持良好的沟通和工作协同。

-全日制本科学历及以上，有相关实习经验的优先 -热爱新能源及互联网行业，具备较强的产品和用户运营思维 -主观能动性强，善于思考和总结，做事积极主动，具备良好的组织协调和项目推进能力 -具备较强的洞察力和同理心，能够发现问题关键点和换位思考 -能快速学习并掌握一定的硬软件产品基础知识 -语言表达力强，善于沟通，能与其他部门及合作方保持良好的协同沟通 -熟练使用 office软件(主要是EXCEL)，数据分析能力强加分
