工作范围 The scope of work 负责试制阶段的改制项目车身及外饰件 相关的方案设计、落地执行与工艺管理，覆盖Mule Car、工程样车至 SUD 各阶段测试车辆的车身升级与改制工作。

主要工作职责 Major responsibilities 计划与进度管理 - 承接项目主计划，编制车身改制二级计划，包含WBS、里程碑、交付物清单、关键路径等 - 组织车身改制需求评审，评估范围、工期、成本与风险，输出改制任务书并完成方案冻结 - 统筹跨部门资源与外协进度，跟踪节点、预警偏差、发起升级，主持项目例会与阶段复盘 - 管理改制变更对进度、投资、人力的影响评估与传递 改制方案设计 - 负责整车试制、改制项目车身改制方案设计、DFA 可行性论证 - 结合试制需求制定车身切割、改装、拼接、加长、修复的详细技术方案及技术规范 - 与CAE等部门制定结构加强与加强件设计方案，选型连接工艺（点焊、SPR、FDS、涂胶、螺柱焊、弧焊、包边等），明确定位基准与尺寸精度控制方案 - 开展同步工程（SE）与可制造性（DFM）评估，检查可连接性、可达性、可制造性、通过性、定位孔，按节点输出评估结论 - 负责相关数据结构树的搭建、梳理与维护，精准匹配改制方案更新零部件结构信息，保障试制物料、装配、数据的一致性与准确性 - 检查车身相关零部件布局、装配间隙、结构干涉等问题，制定整改方案并跟踪落地，保障整车装配合规、结构可靠 工艺开发与管理 - 统筹零部件改制方案设计与落地，涵盖车身结构件，覆盖件等 - 完成 EBOM 向试制/改制 BOM 的转化与差异比对，维护零件号、配置、用量、状态与适用性 - 确认 BOM 材料及零部件状态与需求，核查物料完整性并输出缺件预警 - 实施工程更改管理：ECR/BSD 发起、影响评估、变更记录与版本追溯，保证 PLM 单一数据源一致 - 编制试制工艺规划：工艺流程图、BOP、工位与工装夹具需求、软模件/外协件开发、设备调研与导入 - 编制并维护全套试制工艺文件：作业指导书（SOP）、工艺卡、控制计划、特殊特性清单、点检表、检验规范、返修方案 - 承接设计变更在工艺文件中的传递，以及相关现场文件培训 制造问题管理 - 负责相关零部件、车身自制件的工艺审核、加工精度校核与质量验收 - 对接车间工装夹具适配性确认，把控自制件交付质量与交付周期，杜绝因加工偏差导致的整车装配、改制返工问题 - 全程跟进样车试制、改制现场工作，解决硬件改制、装配过程中的技术难题 - 识别装配干涉、空间匹配、工具可达性、尺寸偏差、连接缺陷、异响、开裂等现场问题 - 运用 8D/5Why/鱼骨图/尺寸链分析开展根因定位，制定临时遏制措施与永久对策，并跟踪验证闭环

次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities - 根据业务场景变化和行业调整，负责改制相关领域的体系流程更新和迭代 - 参与试制工艺相关的数字化工具调研与测试（如工艺仿真软件、数字孪生平台等） - 参与试制过程数据的采集、清洗与分析，探索数据驱动的业务改进方向 - 参与Agent在试制场景中的应用探索，如智能排产、质量预测、缺陷识别等方向的资料收集与可行性分析与落地

任职要求 Qualifications 1. 基本要求Basic Qualification - 教育程度 Education: 全日制本科或硕士，车辆工程、机械设计制造及自动化、机械工程、材料成型及控制工程、机电一体化等相关专业优先。 - 工作经验 Work Experience: - 5 年及以上主机厂整车试制、车身结构、试制中心车身工艺相关经验 - 至少完整参与 1–2 款全新或中改车型，覆盖试制工艺开发至投产/问题关闭全流程 - 熟悉整车开发流程，掌握冲压—焊装—涂装—总装四大工艺及车身材料与连接技术 - 掌握汽车相关系统基础知识，以及相关系统的制造工艺、材料以及质量管理等知识 - 掌握汽车 BOM 结构和物料管理知识 - 具备项目管理经验和具备跨团队协调和进度管控能力 - 计算机能力 Computer Skills - 熟练使用 CAD / CATIA（V5/V6）等绘图软件，能够独立输出改制设计图纸、技术文件，具备扎实的汽车硬件结构专业知识 - 具备以下能力者优先： - 掌握至少一门编程语言（Python优先），具备基本的数据处理与脚本编写能力 - 掌握主流AI工具的使用（如ChatGPT、Copilot等），能将其应用于日常工作提效 - 了解数据库基本操作（SQL）或数据可视化工具（如Power BI、Tableau等） - AI相关能力 AI-Related Capabilities（加分项） - 了解机器学习/深度学习基本概念，对AI在制造业中的应用有一定认知 - 了解数字孪生、工业互联网、智能制造等概念 - 对AI辅助工艺设计、智能质量检测、预测性维护等方向有兴趣 - 具备利用AI工具提升工作效率的意识和实践经验
