1. 参与公司经营机制框架的规划、设计与搭建，建立经营机制管理规则体系，牵引公司战略执行，支持公司经营目标的实现； 2. 负责公司经营管理细则的制定与迭代，包括：经营单元的核算规则、经营目标的制定规则、经营主体间的结算规则、资源的配置规则、考核激励的闭环机制等。统筹公司各相关团队，做好经营管理规则的宣贯与拉通，确保执行的一致和运行的有序； 3. 负责集团层面经营报表定义与设计工作的收口，推动报表工具的数字化，有效支持各层级的经营管理需求与业务决策； 4. 其他由岗位直线经理交办的工作任务。

1. 会计/财务管理/信息数字化等相关专业，本科或以上学历； 2. 8年以上工作经验， 过往主要工作领域为公司经营机制的规划与运营管理。掌握经营机制方案、业绩考核激励与预算预测管理等相关知识，理解管理会计的原理与作用，并熟悉在企业中的实践；拥有项目管理经验，能够以结果为导向，协调与推动项目目标的实现，主导/参与过经营管理报表数字化项目的落地实施为佳； 3. 善于架构性思维，具备优秀的人际沟通与跨团队协作能力，以及积极主动的工作态度和严谨踏实的工作作风，； 4. 有上进心和快速学习能力，以及较强的抗压与多任务执行能力； 5. 熟练使用Microsoft Office Suite，包括Word，Excel，PowerPoint； 6. 适应全球化工作要求，胜任英语工作环境。
