1. 统筹售后服务项目的运营落地，推动服务标准、流程及SOP的编制、宣贯、执行与持续优化； 2. 牵头售后创新项目全生命周期管理，包括前期数据调研与分析、策略与规划制定、资源协调、试点验证、落地运营及复盘推广； 3. 建立项目指标与监控机制，跟踪运营数据及项目效果，识别风险并推动持续改善； 4. 牵头部门数智化体系规划与建设，推动AI智能化工具在售后场景的应用落地，梳理系统及数据BI看板需求，协同数据团队完成开发、验证与迭代； 5. 负责售后服务会议的议题梳理、材料撰写、数据支持与汇报，并跟进会议决策事项闭环落地。

1. 工作经验5年左右，本科及以上学历，管理、统计、数据分析、工业工程等相关专业优先； 2. 熟练使用Office工具，尤其Excel、PPT；会使用BI工具（如Power BI、Tableau、帆软等）优先，具备数据提取、分析与可视化能力； 3. 责任心强，逻辑清晰，具备良好的沟通协调、学习能力和团队协作能力； 4. 具备良好的数据分析与项目管理能力，能独立推动跨部门项目落地，具备目标拆解、进度管理和风险控制意识； 5. 有车企售后服务运营，售后服务咨询或数智化项目经验者优先；对AI工具在业务场景中的应用有理解或实践者优先； 6. 英语CET-6及以上，听说读写熟练。
