1、全面负责所辖店面日常经营管理，执行区域总经理相关指令； 2、负责商务渠道拓展，协调内外部资源发展用户，对最终整体销售目标达成负责； 3、建立健全所辖店面的业务管理制度，督导团队业务政策的落实、各项制度的贯彻执行，对所辖店面各项政策落实情况、制度执行情况负责； 4、拟订所辖店面的业务目标并分解至各岗位，监督业务目标的落实与推进； 5、监督、辅导团队成员日常工作的开展，包括商务政策解读、报表分析、流程梳理，工具输出OTD 业务流程管理（订单管理，交付节奏安排库存管理， 退换车管理和再销售）等； 6、指导团队维护用户关系，妥善处理投诉和纠纷， 理解、引导、满足用户需求，提升用户满意度和用户活跃度，为用户提供超越预期的体验； 7、通过良好的人际关系处理能力，处理跨部门沟通，资源整合利用； 8、以身作则，践行蔚来价值观，并向团队成员有效传导，组建发展高效团队，营造良好的团队氛围打造具有战斗力队伍。

1、3年以上销售团队管理经验（正编团队10人以上管理规模），了解汽车行业发展动态，熟练掌握产品和商务政策，能出色达成业务目标，有新能源车企经验者优先 ； 2、具有较强的销售目标达成及执行能力，熟悉销售目标的拆分及执行； 3、具备门店运营管理能力，能充分理解门店运营的关键点； 4、具有较强的业务分析和规划能力，团队搭建及建设能力； 5、自我驱动能力强，具有问题解决能力，善于进行外联及突发问题的解决； 6、丰富的销售团队及门店管理经验，能帮助团队； 7、认同蔚来价值观，有较强的学习能力，有非常强的抗压能力及应变力，能适应创业公司快速节奏变化； 8、本科及以上学历；驾驶技术熟练 。
