1、总装车间设备维修系统的建立与日常管理； 包括：制定总装车间设备标准、运营维护体系PM／TPM、组织设备的知识梳理与培训，制定组织内任务责任分工、人员素质技能提升计划，通过绩效激励工具，遵循全过程的PDCA监督管理，保证各项工作可靠实施； 2、负责总装车间设施、设备的EHS管理制度的建立以及硬件完善，使人员工作安全舒适的作业环境下； 3、日常工作与业务开展始终以Q（质量）/D（交付）/C（成本）提升为管控评价目标； 4、以运营的工艺设备可靠性为目标对总装车间PM／TPM进行不断优化与提升，保证车间工装设备始终处于可靠工艺加工状态； 5、以运营的高效性为目标对总装车间MTTR／MTBF进行提升，保证工厂OEE满足交付要求； 6、以运营精益成本为目标，组织制定备件申购策略、库存设置管理、国产化替代与降本、技术革新与替代开发等，不断降低运营成本；

1、本科及以上学历；电气相关专业； 2、5~10年以上总装车间设备管理与维修经验； 3、熟悉总装车间相关工艺设备，担任过管理团队负责人，有基层专业工程师经历； 4、较强的责任感，良好的团队合作意识和沟通技巧，乐于与人沟通； 5、较好的抗压能力，可同时间段内有序地处理不同优先级的问题； 6、积极乐观，较好的适应变化能力； 7、具备较强的自驱力和突破创新精神，对数字化和智能制造应用方面有规划和实践能力；
