1.负责车载附件、车载精品全品类工业造型设计,结合品牌调性与市场需求,完成从创意构思、3D建模到量产落 地的全流程设计工作,确保造型美观性与实用性统一。 2.跟踪行业前沿设计趋势、材料工艺及竞品动态,开展市场调研与分析,输出趋势报告,为产品造型创新提供方 向,打造差异化设计优势。 3.协同产品开发、结构工程等相关部门,推进设计方案的工程化落客地,解决造型设计与生产工艺、成本控制、装 配适配之间的矛盾,确保设计可量产、可落地。 4.负责产品造型全生命周期管理,根据用户反馈、市场表现及品控要求,优化选代设计方案,维护品牌设计统一 性与一致性。 5.配合项目节点推进,完成设计评审、样件确认、量产封样等相关工作,确保设计进度满足整车项目及产品上线 要求。

1.学历与专业:本科及以上学历,工业设计、产品设计等相关专业,具备扎实的造型美学与设计理论基础。 2.工作经验:6年以上工业造型设计经验,其中3年以上车载附件、车载精品或整车相关造型设计经验,具备前装/ 后装产品量产落地案例,有主机厂工作经验者优先。 3.专业能力:精通Rhino、AI、PS、KeyShot等设计软件,熟练掌屋CMF设计、材料工艺及表面处理知识,能独立 完成全流程设计工作;具备良好的审美能力、创意能力与落地能力。 4.综合素质:具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力、问题解决能力,有清晰的项目节点意识,能适应快节奏工作环 境;具备创新精神、自驱力与团队协作意识,对设计品质有有严格要求
