1. 区域市场策略与洞察 独立负责目标区域的市场调研与竞品分析，深度解读当地行业政策、消费趋势及竞争格局，输出可落地性的市场策略报告，为产品规划与商务决策提供依据；

2. 销售目标管理与渠道运营 承接区域批发与零售销售目标，制定分解计划并跟踪渠道月度/季度完成进度。负责区域合作伙伴的日常运营管理，通过数据分析识别问题并推动改善动作，对区域销售业绩达成负责；

3. 渠道开发与商务谈判 主导空白市场的摸排与新客户开发，独立完成潜在合作伙伴的筛选与接洽。牵头或深度参与商务谈判，跟进合同条款确认、签约及后续落地执行；

4. 客户关系与跨部门协同 维护核心渠道客情关系，定期回访并收集诉求，协调公司内部产品、售后、物流等资源，闭环解决渠道端问题。推动本地化服务能力的建设，提升渠道及终端客户满意度；

5. 业务风险与合规管理 关注目标市场法规动态与资金回笼情况，识别渠道合作中的商务与合规风险，及时反馈并协助制定应对方案，确保业务健康运转。

1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，5-7年汽车行业（新能源优先）、外贸或跨境渠道销售经验。具备独立负责区域市场或渠道管理的实操经历，有海外市场常驻或深度出差经验者优先；

2. 市场与商务能力：具备较强的市场分析、数据整理与逻辑判断能力。拥有独立的商务谈判经验，能够主导从渠道开发到签约落地的完整流程；

3. 语言要求：英语可作为工作语言，具备流利的商务读写与口语沟通能力。具备第二外语能力者优先，能作为区域工作语言者更佳；

4. 跨文化沟通与适应性：擅长对内跨部门协同与对外客户沟通，能适应多元文化工作环境。具备较强的抗压能力和应变能力，能接受40%及以上频次出差。
