The posting

We are looking for a creative, confident, and experienced CMF Designer (Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Automotive Design) to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, hands-on experience in production and physical model development, and the ability to independently lead projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities - Lead CMF design projects independently, from concept development to production. - Develop creative and innovative color, material, and finish solutions aligned with the brand and product strategy. - Manage CMF development for physical models, prototypes, and production vehicles. - Collaborate daily with Engineering, Marketing, Product Development, and suppliers to ensure design quality and feasibility. - Coordinate communication within the design teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. - Follow up on material development, sampling, color matching, and production implementation. - Prepare and present design proposals, CMF strategies, and project updates.

Requirements - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in automotive CMF design. Strong creativity, aesthetic sensitivity, and understanding of colors, materials, textures, and finishes. - Confident in taking ownership of projects and driving decisions independently. Practical experience in production processes, material development, and physical model making. - Good understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and technical feasibility. - Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments. - Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced design environment. - Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate design concepts and ideas.
