任职要求 本科及以上学历，从事运营工作3年及以上经验，具备互联网或新能源运营及经营经验优先； 工作细致，责任心强，富于团队协作精神，擅于沟通，具备数据分析能力及结构化思维，强结果导向； 具有较强的组织协调力、用户洞察力、落地执行力、流程管理力，有主导过跨多部门的项目经验者优先；
