1.负责社群日常运营素材的内容创作、整理、更新与维护，包括海报、活动文案、售后服务介绍、用车知识、养车攻略等； 2.跟踪素材使用情况及区域反馈，持续优化内容质量与用户触达效果； 3.协助推动社群运营工具、模板及流程沉淀，持续完善社群运营管理机制，提升全国社群运营效率； 4.定期对内容运营数据进行整理和分析，收集区域优秀运营案例、用户反馈及运营需求，协助形成可复制的运营经验并推动全国推广； 5.协助制作社群运营周报、月报及专项项目复盘材料，通过数据分析等发现运营问题，支持后续运营策略优化。

1.本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、新闻传播、广告学、电子商务等相关专业优先； 2.具备较强的信息整理与归纳能力，能够将分散的素材、需求和执行动作沉淀为标准化文档及SOP； 3.具备良好的文字表达能力，能够独立完成基础运营文案、通知及项目材料的撰写； 4.具备一定的内容审美与排版能力，熟悉可画、稿定设计、创客贴或其他设计工具者优先； 5.具备良好的沟通协调能力，冲浪达人，性格外向优先； 6.每周实习5天，能够连续实习3个月及以上，实习6个月及以上优先。
