1、预算管理：业务板块年度预算制定、月度滚动预测、月结和部门日常财务支持，在业务执行过程中，对费用进行监督管控，提出合理化建议与意见，对预算执行结果进行复盘，识别机会点与风险点，支持业务预算目标的实现； 2、财务运营分析：熟悉优化财务运营分析体系，对业务运营状况的关键业务指标进行拆解，输出分析报告，并能对已有的分析体系提出建设性建议； 3、重点项目支持：对区域公司开店等重点项目及资源投入进行专项评估，分析投入产出效果，提供相应的分析建议，为业务决策提供支持； 4、沟通协调：与相关财务部门、业务保持密切合作，包括但不限于预算和实际花费执行情况复盘等工作，财务新政策的实施、要求的细化和落地推进； 5、其他：包括但不限于月度计提，排款计划、系统对接、资产盘点、跨部门协调等。

1、本科/研究生在读，财务、会计相关专业，有财务相关实习经验者优先； 2、熟练运用财务软件、office、excel等办公软件； 3、工作细致，有良好的职业操守，保密性、责任感强； 5、有较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力、学习能力、坚韧性、主观能动性、团队合作精神。
