希望你是： 1. 本科或研究生在读，新媒体、传播学、市场营销等相关专业，或有传播、市场相关实习或项目经验者优先； 2. 对音频内容（如电台、播客等）有了解，具备一定的内容审美、内容感知力与用户视角； 3. 具备基础数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel等数据分析软件，了解SQL或Python者加分； 4. 具备一定的文案能力，能独立撰写简洁清晰的推文或数据分析报告； 5. 性格严谨、认真细心、责任心强、思维活跃，具备极强的自驱力和多线程任务处理能力。
