Sobre a oportunidade

Como Assessor de Investimentos, você atuará diretamente na construção, desenvolvimento e gestão da sua carteira de clientes, oferecendo soluções personalizadas de investimentos e planejamento financeiro.

O modelo é societário, com possibilidade de Partnership, remuneração variável, bonificações e mínimo garantido no início da jornada. Principais responsabilidades

  • Prospectar e desenvolver novos clientes e oportunidades de negócios;
  • Construir, desenvolver e gerenciar sua própria carteira de clientes;
  • Realizar reuniões para compreender o perfil, momento de vida e objetivos patrimoniais dos clientes;
  • Identificar oportunidades de investimentos, diversificação e planejamento financeiro;
  • Oferecer soluções personalizadas de acordo com as necessidades de cada cliente;
  • Desenvolver relacionamentos de longo prazo e fortalecer a confiança com sua base;
  • Acompanhar a evolução dos investimentos e manter relacionamento ativo com os clientes;
  • Atuar de forma colaborativa com mesas de especialistas e áreas de apoio da Nippur.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Experiência prévia no mercado financeiro, especialmente com relacionamento com clientes de alta renda;
  • Conhecimento em produtos de investimento e soluções financeiras;
  • Certificação ANCORD válida ou disponibilidade para obtê-la;
  • Carteira de relacionamento ativa e capacidade comprovada de geração de negócios;
  • Perfil comercial forte, proativo e com excelente capacidade de comunicação;
  • Facilidade para construir e manter relacionamentos de confiança;
  • Autogestão, disciplina e organização para condução da própria rotina;
  • Resiliência e visão de longo prazo para construção e desenvolvimento da carteira;
  • Mentalidade de dono, ambição e orientação para resultados;
  • Disponibilidade para dedicação integral.
