Sobre a oportunidade

Como Assessor de Investimentos Júnior, você iniciará sua trajetória desenvolvendo habilidades comerciais e conhecimento prático do mercado. O objetivo é formar você para atender investidores e, no médio prazo, gerenciar sua própria carteira.

Buscamos pessoas comunicativas, com espírito empreendedor e graduação em andamento ou concluída, prontas para se desenvolver e buscar as qualificações exigidas pelo mercado financeiro.

Principais responsabilidades

* Realizar contato ativo e receptivo com a base de clientes;

* Qualificar o perfil, momento de vida e objetivos patrimoniais dos clientes;

* Agendar e conduzir reuniões de alinhamento financeiro e apresentação de soluções;

* Identificar oportunidades de novos aportes e diversificação de carteira;

* Prestar suporte consultivo e operacional às demandas diárias dos clientes;

* Atuar de forma colaborativa no atendimento.

Perfil que buscamos

* Graduação em andamento ou concluída em Economia, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharias ou áreas afins;

* Interesse genuíno pelo mercado financeiro e cenário econômico;

* Perfil comercial ativo, persuasivo e com excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;

* Facilidade para construir relacionamentos interpessoais e gerar conexões;

* Disciplina, organização na gestão de rotinas e foco em metas;

* Proatividade, vontade de aprender e ambição para construir carreira de longo prazo.

* Possuir certificação Ancord ou condição de obter.
