Njuškalo je najveći hrvatski marketplace s više od 1,1 milijuna aktivnih korisnika. Svojim korisnicima omogućujemo online trgovanje putem jednostavnog i intuitivnog okruženja, a zaposlenicima ugodno poslovno okruženje, nepresušan izvor znanja te priliku za rast i razvoj.

Naša platforma naprednim tehnologijama razumije i prepoznaje potrebe korisnika te nam pomaže u stvaranju novih proizvoda i usluga te boljeg korisničkog iskustva.

U Njuškalu danas vrijedno radi gotovo 150 zaposlenika. Imamo uspostavljena čak četiri prodajna odjela po oglasnim vertikalama (Nekretnine, Auto Moto Nautika, Marketplaces i Turizam) kao i zasebni Online sales odjel za digitalna medijska rješenja. Tu su i Bussines Inteligence Lab koji je zadužen za analitiku i praćenje naših proizvoda, Marketing odjel koji svaki novi proizvod promovira našim korisnicima i HR koji vodi generalnu brigu oko zaposlenika i pronalaska novih kolega. Osim toga, s nama su i odjel Product developmenta koji se bavi razvojem novih proizvoda i odjel Tehnologije zadužen za stabilnost i sigurnost platforme, te Software development gdje dedicirani IT ekspreti razvijaju našu platformu. Svakog dana u tjednu dostupna je korisnička podrška čiji su agenti detaljno educirani za rješavanje svih problema i nedoumica naših korisnika.

Aktivnosti koje provodimo za stvaranje odličnih radnih uvjeta temeljeni su na povjerenju između zaposlenika i poslodavca. Slobodan dan na rođendan, maksimalna naknada za rođenje djeteta i rad na pola radnog vremena mjesec dana nakon povratka s roditeljskog dopusta samo su neke od pogodnosti kojima stvaramo dobru atmosferu i kvalitetan balans između privatnog i poslovna života.
