We're looking for a Senior Data & Measurement Specialist who will play a key role in shaping how behavioral and customer data is defined, collected, governed and used across our digital products. This role sits at the intersection of Data, Product, Technology and Marcom, combining measurement strategy, data governance and a strong technical understanding of modern analytics platforms.

You'll take ownership of our Measurement Framework and governance operating model, connecting our CDP, Product Analytics and Data Warehouse so that data flows are consistent, reliable and activation-ready.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and evolving the company-wide Measurement Framework, event model and event taxonomy
  • Translating business and product requirements into clear measurement and tracking specifications
  • Governing the end-to-end tracking lifecycle — from specification and implementation to ongoing monitoring
  • Defining standards for events, properties, identifiers and naming conventions
  • Building and improving our data governance operating model — ownership, approval processes, documentation
  • Acting as functional owner of the CDP / event collection layer, governing sources, destinations and schemas
  • Establishing data quality standards to catch missing, duplicate or inconsistent tracking
  • Partnering with Privacy, Legal and Technology on GDPR and consent management
  • Acting as the go-to measurement expert, educating and enabling teams through guidelines, workshops and hands-on support

You're the perfect candidate for us if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, measurement, data governance or product analytics
  • Proven experience defining or managing event taxonomies and tracking plans
  • Hands-on experience with a CDP (ideally Segment) and a Product Analytics platform (Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar)
  • Good understanding of modern Data Warehouse architectures (Snowflake, Databricks or similar)
  • Strong grasp of user identification and identity resolution across systems
  • Good understanding of GDPR and consent management in a measurement context
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge existing approaches
  • Fluent English
