Wil jij met jouw ervaring in business- en data-analyse bijdragen aan een belangrijke verandering binnen NN Bank? Als Business Analist bereid je de implementatie van een Automated Valuation Model (AVM) voor. De startdatum en duur van de opdracht worden in overleg bepaald.

NN Bank moet in 2027 voldoen aan strikte regultory eisen. Dit heeft impact op verschillende afdelingen binnen de bank. Een van de activiteiten is de implementatie van een nieuwe, extern ingekochte data. Voor deze opdracht vertaal je de regulatory context naar concrete, haalbare oplossingen die in een beperkte tijdlijn geïmplementeerd kunnen worden. Daarbij verbind je inhoudelijke experts en stakeholders en beweeg je van gedetailleerde data-analyse tot strategische advisering en besluitvorming.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Onderzoeken van de implementatiefases van de AVM-implementatie en uitwerken van opties, inclusief een onderbouwd advies voor besluitvorming
  • Zelfstandig en proactief collega’s met verschillende of tegengestelde perspectieven samenbrengen en verbinden richting gedragen opties
  • Businesspartijen ondersteunen bij het opstellen van duidelijke en uitvoerbare requirements
  • Diepgaande data-analyses uitvoeren om knelpunten en risico’s van de implementatie vroegtijdig te identificeren
  • Memo’s en adviezen schrijven om besluitvorming te faciliteren en te formaliseren. Aan het einde van het kwartaal ligt er een goed onderbouwd implementatieplan en is de meest urgente change inhoudelijk voorbereid voor succesvolle afronding in Q1

  • Uitstekende consultancy- en adviesvaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met stakeholders op alle niveaus
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkwijze, waarbij je risico’s, knelpunten en afhankelijkheden vroegtijdig signaleert
  • Het vermogen om uiteenlopende belangen en perspectieven bij elkaar te brengen en toe te werken naar gedragen oplossingen

Met wie je werkt

Je werkt binnen het Finance & Risk domein van NN Bank in een pool van flexibel inzetbare business analisten. In nauw overleg met de Business Change Manager wordt bepaald aan welke onderwerpen met de hoogste prioriteit wordt gewerkt. De opdracht voer je voornamelijk uit met de Business Change Manager, andere business analisten en betrokken business stakeholders. Je werkt zelfstandig, met ruime mogelijkheid voor inhoudelijk overleg en afstemming waar nodig.
