Vi söker nu en erfaren QA som vill ta nästa steg i karriären i en roll med stort ansvar, goda möjligheter att påverka och fokus på moderna arbetssätt inom kvalitet och test.

Om rollen

Som Quality Assurance Engineer på Nobina får du en central roll i våra utvecklingsteam. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa kvalitet genom hela utvecklingsprocessen och arbetar nära produktägare, verksamhetsexperter, utvecklare och användare.

Du kommer att kombinera operativ testning med ett mer strategiskt kvalitetsarbete där du bidrar till att utveckla våra testmetoder, testautomatisering och kvalitetsprocesser.

Lösningarna du arbetar med används dagligen av förare, planerare och andra verksamhetsnära funktioner, vilket ställer höga krav på både användbarhet, stabilitet och kvalitet.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Planera, genomföra och följa upp testaktiviteter
  • Definiera och dokumentera testfall och teststrategier
  • Utföra funktionell, teknisk och användarorienterad testning
  • Delta i kravarbete och säkerställa testbarhet tidigt i utvecklingsprocessen
  • Identifiera risker och kvalitetsbrister samt driva förbättringsåtgärder
  • Samarbeta nära utvecklare, verksamhet, produktägare och användare
  • Bidra till utvecklingen av våra arbetssätt inom kvalitet och test

Om dig

För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du är nyfiken, analytisk och har lätt för att förstå både verksamhetens behov och de tekniska lösningarna bakom. Du trivs i samarbete med utvecklare, produktägare och användare, och har förmågan att skapa struktur i komplexa sammanhang. Du är initiativtagande, prestigelös och drivs av att ständigt förbättra arbetssätt och kvalitet. Samtidigt motiveras du av att skapa användarvänliga och tillförlitliga lösningar som gör verklig skillnad i människors vardag.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

  • Flera års erfarenhet som QA eller testare
  • Erfarenhet av både manuell och automatiserad testning
  • Erfarenhet av att använda AI som stöd i testarbetet och ett intresse för att fortsätta utvecklas inom området
  • Vana av att arbeta i agila utvecklingsteam
  • God förståelse för systemflöden, integrationer och verksamhetsprocesser
  • Högskoleexamen inom lämpligt område
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska

Det är även meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet av automatiserad testning
  • Kunskap i Azure DevOps och .Net
  • Erfarenhet av GIT och CI/CD
  • Databastestning och SQL-förståelse
  • Arbetat med kravhantering
  • Erfarenhet från kollektivtrafikbranschen
