Vi söker nu en erfaren System Developer som vill vara med och vidareutveckla Nobinas operativa system – i en roll med stort eget ansvar, nära samarbete och goda möjligheter att påverka.

Om rollen

Vi söker en System Developer som vill bidra till utvecklingen av Nobinas egenutvecklade systemstöd för att planera, styra och följa upp kollektivtrafiken.

Du blir en del av ett tvärfunktionellt team som utvecklar verksamhetskritiska lösningar för olika delar av Nobinas verksamhet. Rollen kombinerar nyutveckling med vidareutveckling, kvalitetssäkring och förvaltning av befintliga lösningar, med fokus på stabilitet, användarvärde och långsiktig hållbarhet.

Som System Developer arbetar du nära andra utvecklare, techleads, QA, UX, kravare och produktägare. Tillsammans omsätter ni verksamhetens behov till användarvänliga, robusta och moderna lösningar.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Utveckla och vidareutveckla funktionalitet med C#/.NET.
  • Omsätta verksamhetsbehov till väl fungerande tekniska lösningar.
  • Delta i hela utvecklingsprocessen – från analys och design till implementation, test, driftsättning och uppföljning.
  • Skriva ren, testbar och underhållbar kod samt bidra i code reviews.
  • Felsöka, förbättra och optimera befintliga lösningar.
  • Bidra till automatiserade tester, CI/CD, monitorering och hög kvalitet i våra leveranser.
  • Samarbeta med andra team kring integrationer, gemensamma komponenter och tekniska beroenden.
  • Bidra till teamets arbetssätt, kunskapsdelning och kontinuerliga förbättringar.

Om dig

Du är en nyfiken och lösningsorienterad utvecklare som gillar att förstå både tekniken och verksamheten bakom lösningen. Du tar ansvar för dina uppgifter, arbetar strukturerat och vill leverera kvalitet som skapar värde för användarna.

Du är prestigelös och samarbetsorienterad, delar gärna med dig av din kunskap och uppskattar att lösa problem tillsammans med andra. Samtidigt vågar du ställa frågor, föreslå förbättringar och utmana befintliga lösningar när du ser ett bättre sätt framåt.

Du behöver inte kunna allt från början, men du har ett starkt intresse för systemutveckling och vill fortsätta utvecklas tillsammans med teamet.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

  • Några års erfarenhet av systemutveckling, gärna i komplexa eller verksamhetskritiska system.
  • God kompetens inom C#/.NET och objektorienterad utveckling.
  • Erfarenhet av databaser, sql, API:er och integrationer.
  • Förståelse för testbar kod, automatiserade tester och versionshantering.
  • Erfarenhet av Azure, molnbaserade lösningar
  • Erfarenhet av CI/CD, automatiserade tester och monitorering.
  • Erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt och utveckling i tvärfunktionella team.
  • God kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska.
