Job Description

  • Monitor and control inventory levels across assigned locations and branches.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and physical stock checks.
  • Record and update inventory data accurately.
  • Compare physical stock with system records and identify any discrepancies.
  • Prepare inventory reports and highlight any shortages, excesses, or variances.
  • Coordinate with branches and relevant departments regarding inventory movements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions.
  • Support the Accounting team in inventory-related activities.
  • Perform regular branch visits as required.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–1 year of experience.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Age: Maximum 28 years old.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to conduct branch visits and business travel when required.
  • Responsible, committed, and detail-oriented.
