You will ensure that supply chain implementation supports project objectives, operational and financial targets, and customer delivery commitments.

The role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong business understanding and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and resolve complex issues with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Supply Chain representative in cross-functional project teams and relevant governance forums, including the Change Screening Board (CSB) and Maintenance Project Core Team (PCT).
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across R&D, Product Management, Procurement, Quality, Data Management and manufacturing partners.
  • Develop and own supply chain implementation plans, balancing schedule, cost, quality, resources, revenue targets and customer delivery commitments.
  • Lead complex engineering and supply chain changes, ensuring appropriate cross-functional evaluation, decision-making and implementation at manufacturing and supplier sites.
  • Lead resolution of significant technical, manufacturing, material and quality issues requiring cross-functional or supplier alignment.
  • Support R&D and Procurement in validating and implementing new component sources for active products.
  • Conduct thorough project and supply chain risk management, identifying mitigation strategies and driving closure of critical risks and issues.
  • Monitor project performance against relevant financial and operational KPIs and communicate project status, risks, business impact and recommendations to management.
  • Use advanced analytical and root-cause problem-solving approaches to address complex or non-routine issues.
  • Drive improvements in supply chain processes, systems, tools and ways of working.
  • Act as a professional advisor and mentor to colleagues, project teams and task forces.
  • Where applicable, coordinate project resources and allocation of work within project teams.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong relevant experience in supply chain project management and product industrialization, including ownership of cross-functional projects.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to resolve complex or non-routine problems.
  • In-depth understanding of R&D, testing, SMT/assembly operations, material management and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working with EMS/manufacturing partners and managing supplier-facing industrialization or change activities.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with functional leadership.
  • Ability to operate with limited supervision, manage ambiguity and make or drive recommendations within your area of responsibility.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and a global mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience managing major product lifecycle changes or manufacturing transfers.
  • Experience with component-source changes and supply-risk mitigation.
  • Knowledge of ENOVIA PLM, ALPIM, SAP, Blue Planet or comparable product/master-data systems.
  • Relevant graduate-level education in Engineering, Telecommunications, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
