The role requires strong technical expertise in semiconductor development combined with exceptional program management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional execution, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality ASIC products on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ASIC/SoC development programs, driving execution from architecture definition through silicon validation, qualification, and production release.
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across all engineering and operations functions.
- Coordinate closely with architecture, digital design, analog design, verification, physical design, DFT, CAD, product engineering, packaging, foundry, and operations teams to ensure seamless program execution.
- Drive program reviews, monitor progress against milestones, identify risks proactively, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful tapeouts and product delivery.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, governance, and escalation processes while facilitating effective cross-functional decision making.
- Ensure tapeout readiness by driving design reviews, checklist completion, issue resolution, and milestone sign-offs ahead of critical development gates.
- Provide regular program updates, status reporting, and executive communications on schedule, resource, quality, and business risks.
