Für ein internationales Unternehmen in Portugal suchen wir deutschsprachige Customer Service Representatives.

Diese Position richtet sich gezielt an Berufseinsteiger:innen, Absolvent:innen oder Kandidat:innen ohne vorherige Customer-Service-Erfahrung. Eine strukturierte, bezahlte Schulung ist Teil des Onboardings.

Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle wirst du:

  • Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und/oder Chat bearbeiten
  • Klare, freundliche und professionelle Unterstützung bieten
  • Informationen korrekt und lösungsorientiert weitergeben
  • Kundenkontakte im System dokumentieren
  • Service- und Qualitätsstandards einhalten
  • Mit internationalen Teams zusammenarbeiten, falls erforderlich

Vorkenntnisse im Kundenservice sind nicht erforderlich.

  • Bereit bist, mindestens 12 Monate in Portugal zu leben und zu arbeiten
  • Motiviert, zuverlässig und lernbereit bist
  • Offen für ein internationales Arbeitsumfeld bist
