Customer Service Representative – Nederlandstalig

Locatie: Bulgarije

Overzicht van de functie: Nu onze wereldwijde organisatie blijft groeien, zijn wij op zoek naar professionele Nederlandstalige medewerkers voor de vacature van Customer Service Representative op onze locatie in Bulgarije. Deze functie is het primaire aanspreekpunt voor onze internationale klantenkring, waarbij serviceverzoeken met een hoog zakelijk professionalisme worden afgehandeld. Ervaring in de sector is niet verplicht; wij bieden een volledig vergoed, grondig trainingsprogramma om ervoor te zorgen dat u volledig bent voorbereid op succes.

Uw taken:

  • Het verwerken en oplossen van binnenkomende gebruikersverzoeken via diverse kanalen, waaronder telefoon, e-mail en live chats.
  • Het vertegenwoordigen van de bedrijfswaarden door te zorgen voor een uitzonderlijke, respectvolle und uiterst competente communicatiestandaard.
  • Klantproblemen kritisch evalueren om nauwkeurige, gestroomlijnde en effectieve oplossingen te bieden.
  • Systematisch registreren en bijhouden van de casushistorie binnen ons interne databasemanagementsysteem.
  • Zorgen voor afstemming op interne operationele standaarden en prestatiedoelen van het team.
  • Contact onderhouden met internationale teams wanneer dat nodig is om geëscaleerde klantenzaken op te lossen.

Functie-eisen:

  • Moedertaal- of tweetalige beheersing (C1-C2 niveau) van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
  • Een gemiddeld niveau van het Engels (B1-niveau of hoger) voor het gebruik van digitale tools en interne trainingen.
  • De duidelijke intentie om te verhuizen, zich te vestigen en een professionele carrière op te bouwen in Bulgarije.
  • Een verantwoordelijk, zelfsturend individu met het vermogen om nieuwe software en bedrijfsprocessen snel op te pakken.
  • Gemakkelijk kunnen functioneren in een snel veranderende, zeer diverse en multiculturele werkomgeving.
  • Voorwaarde: Moet in het bezit zijn van een geldige EU-nationaliteit of een actuele, wettelijke werkvergunning voor Bulgarije.
