Medewerker Klantenrelaties – Nederlands Sprekend

Locatie: Bulgarije

Overzicht van de functie: We verwelkomen momenteel professionele Nederlandstaligen om onze afdeling klantenrelaties te versterken in onze moderne faciliteit in Bulgarije. Deze functie richt zich op het leveren van hoogwaardige business-to-consumer ondersteuning voor ons wereldwijde netwerk. Ervaring vooraf is niet nodig; wij bieden een volledig vergoed, gestructureerd introductieprogramma om u alle tools te geven die nodig zijn om te slagen.

Uw taken:

  • Gebruikers helpen en binnenkomende verzoeken oplossen via live chat, telefoongesprekken en e-mails.
  • Een premium klantervaring bieden door middel van beleefde, professionele en efficiënte communicatie.
  • Problemen methodisch evalueren om nauwkeurige en nuttige begeleiding aan klanten te bieden.
  • Casusdetails van gebruikers bijwerken en organiseren in het gegevensbeheersysteem van het bedrijf.
  • Productief werken om de vastgestelde interne operationele doelen en teamdoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Samenwerken met internationale teams wanneer gespecialiseerde ondersteuning nodig is voor een klant.

Functie-eisen:

  • Sterke tweetalige of moedertaalbeheersing van het Nederlands (C1-C2 niveau), zowel gesproken als geschreven.
  • B1-niveau of hoger in het Engels voor communicatie met interne tools en training van het personeel.
  • Klaar om te verhuizen, zich te vestigen en een professioneel carrièrepad te ontwikkelen in Bulgarije.
  • Zeer verantwoordelijk individu met het vermogen om nieuwe softwaresystemen snel onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Comfortabel werken in een snel veranderende, multi-etnische en inclusieve werkomgeving.
  • Voorwaarde: Het bezit van een EU-paspoort of een geldige werkvergunning voor Bulgarije is verplicht.
