Überblick über die Position: Da unsere globale Organisation weiter wächst, suchen wir professionelle deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter für die Position als Kundenservice-Mitarbeiter an unserem Standort in Bulgarien. Diese Position dient als primärer Anlaufpunkt für unsere internationale Kundschaft und befasst sich mit Serviceanfragen auf höchstem professionellem Niveau. Es sind keine Branchenvorkenntnisse erforderlich; wir bieten ein vollständig vergütetes, gründliches Schulungsprogramm, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie bestens auf den Erfolg vorbereitet sind.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung und Lösung eingehender Nutzeranfragen über Omnichannel-Plattformen, einschließlich Telefon, E-Mails und Live-Text-Chats.
  • Repräsentation der Unternehmenswerte durch Gewährleistung eines außergewöhnlichen, respektvollen und hochkompetenten Kommunikationsstandards.
  • Kritische Bewertung von Kundenproblemen, um präzise, effiziente und umsetzbare Lösungen zu liefern.
  • Systematische Erfassung und Pflege von Fallhistorien in unserem unternehmensinternen Datenbankmanagementsystem.
  • Einhaltung interner operativer Standards und Leistungsmeilensteine des Teams.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden internationalen Teams bei Bedarf zur Lösung eskalierter Kundenangelegenheiten.

Ihr Profil:

  • Muttersprachliche oder zweisprachige Beherrschung (C1-C2 Niveau) der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
  • Ein mittleres Betriebsniveau der englischen Sprache (B1 Niveau oder höher) für digitale Tools und organisatorische Schulungen.
  • Die feste Absicht, nach Bulgarien umzuziehen, sich dort niederzulassen und einen professionellen Karriereweg voranzutreiben.
  • Eine verantwortungsbewusste, selbstständige Person mit der angeborenen Fähigkeit, neue Software und Arbeitsabläufe des Unternehmens schnell zu übernehmen.
  • Leichtigkeit bei der Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen, sehr vielfältigen und multikulturellen Arbeitsbereich.
  • Voraussetzung: Muss eine gültige EU-Staatsbürgerschaft oder eine aktuelle, legale Arbeitserlaubnis für Bulgarien besitzen.
