Pozisyona Genel Bakış: Küresel organizasyonumuz büyümeye devam ederken, Bulgaristan'daki merkezimizde görevlendirilmek üzere profesyonel, Türkçe konuşan Müşteri Temsilcisi çalışma arkadaşları arıyoruz. Bu pozisyon, uluslararası müşterilerimiz için birincil iletişim noktası olarak hizmet verecek ve servis taleplerini en üst düzey kurumsal profesyonellikle ele alacaktır. Sektör geçmişi zorunlu değildir; başarıya tam olarak hazırlanmanızı sağlamak için tamamen ücretlendirilen, kapsamlı bir eğitim programı sunuyoruz.

Görevleriniz:

  • Telefon, e-posta ve canlı sohbet dahil olmak üzere tüm kanallardan gelen kullanıcı taleplerini işlemek ve çözüme kavuşturmak.
  • Olağanüstü, saygılı ve son derece yetkin bir iletişim standardı sağlayarak kurumsal değerleri temsil etmek.
  • Doğru, verimli ve uygulanabilir çözümler sunmak için müşteri sorunlarını eleştirel bir şekilde değerlendirmek.
  • Şirket içi veri tabanı yönetim sistemimizde vaka geçmişlerini sistematik olarak kaydetmek ve güncel tutmak.
  • Şirket içi operasyonel standartlara ve ekibin performans hedeflerine uyum sağlamak.
  • Çözülemeyen karmaşık müşteri sorunlarını gidermek için gerektiğinde uluslararası ekiplerle koordineli çalışmak.

Gereksinimler:

  • Türkçe diline hem sözlü hem de yazılı olarak anadil veya ileri düzeyde (C1-C2 seviyesi) hakimiyet.
  • Dijital araçlar ve kurumsal eğitimler için orta düzeyde İngilizce (B1 seviyesi veya üzeri) bilgisi.
  • Bulgaristan'a taşınma, yerleşme ve burada profesyonel bir kariyer yolu geliştirme konusunda kesin bir istek.
  • Yeni yazılımları ve şirket iş akışlarını hızla benimseme yeteneğine sahip, sorumluluk sahibi ve kendi kendini yönlendirebilen bir birey olmak.
  • Hızlı tempolu, son derece çeşitli ve çok kültürlü bir çalışma ortamında rahat çalışabilmek.
  • Ön Koşul: Geçerli bir AB vatandaşlığına veya Bulgaristan için güncel, yasal bir çalışma iznine sahip olmak.
